This is a salaried role offering variety beyond traditional private practice, with full books, strong admin support and genuine career stability. Full time or part time considered, minimum two days per week, with an ASAP start available. What’s on Offer Salary of $120,000 to $125,000 FTE for Registered Psychologists, with endorsed psychologists negotiable above this range, providing income stability and reduced fee for service pressure Varied workload across EAP, return to work, fitness for work and pre employment assessments, creating professional breadth and reduced therapy fatigue Six billable KPI with admin managed bookings and referrals, allowing focus on clinical work and quality outcomes On call critical incident support approximately every six weeks, offering exposure to meaningful high impact work with shared team support $5,000 relocation allowance for eligible candidates covering flights, temporary accommodation and moving costs (pro rata for part time) About the Employer Mixed service model including EAP for SA Government and private organisations, return to work and psychological assessments Multiple well equipped sites, each with free parking and onsite café and amenity access Strong administrative support with clinicians co managing diaries while admin handles referrals and bookings Facilities include onsite physiotherapy and gym access, supporting clinician wellbeing Why Join?
